Aidan is a highly experienced residential property Licensed Conveyancer, having previously worked at respected boutique property law firms in London, prior to joining Taylor Rose MW.

Aidan advises on all aspects of Freehold and Leasehold Transactions, Shared Ownership, Transfer of Parts, Company purchases, Equity Release, Help to Buy, Licences to Assign and Alteration, and New Build Transactions.

He can further advise on option and overage agreements over residential and mixed-use land, and on statutory lease extensions and “informal” lease extensions, Deed of Variations and granting of new Leases.

Aidan is bilingual in English and Spanish.
