I also handle all aspects of commercial sales and purchases and secured lending in relation to the acquisition and refinance of commercial real estate.

My commercial clients range from corporate landlords and tenants, property investment companies, start-up businesses, tech companies, NHS Trust departments, construction, engineering companies and nursing home businesses.

In addition, I have extensive experience of residential sale and purchase property matters, acting for UK and oversees high net worth individuals, dealing with acquisitions of prime London properties and dealing with the sale and purchase of UK/offshore companies holding investment property.

I have acted as the UK panel lawyer for overseas clients/banks in secured lending transactions representing both lenders and borrowers on finance transactions.
