Fortunately, there is the possibility of relief; children can be protected through the use of injunction orders.<\/p>\n<h2>Court injunctions<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on your wishes and the nature of your case, your solicitor for domestic abuse can help you in several ways.<\/p>\n<p>There are two main types of court injunction available. These are <b>non-molestation orders<\/b> and <b>occupation orders<\/b>. Non-molestation orders forbid violent or threatening behaviour, as well as a variety of associated behaviours.
