Divorce, Civil Partnership Dissolution, Judicial Separation and Annulment Petition<\/h2>\n

Decree Nisi or Conditional Order<\/h2>\n

Children Act Forms<\/h2>\n

If you wish to make an application to the court in respect of your children (or grandchildren) then you will need to complete the appropriate form. Financial Orders<\/h2>\n

If you wish to apply to the Court for financial remedy then you will need to complete the appropriate form. There is a court fee of \u00a350 for a consent order (where both parties agree), and a court fee of \u00a3255 where the parties are in dispute; unless you are exempt from paying Court Fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
